Residing in the original Broken Arrow Ice Plant and Light & Power Company building, the owners have kept the charm of the original brickwork intact. Yet they have created an open-air feel by adding retractable garage doors to a massive outdoor patio and fire pit that is perfect for all seasons.

Dining in at Shawarma Shack is straightforward and unfussy–counter service with meals served on paper plates with plastic utensils. The menu includes a small kids' section plus a few unexpected curveballs like Philly cheesesteaks and burgers.
