BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The City of Broken Arrow is looking to expand the city by partnering with private investors.
The city seeks to annex 45.85 acres at the southeast corner of Midway Road and Houston Street into the city, expanding Broken Arrow east.
FOX23 spoke with Broken Arrow City Manager Michael Spurgeon about the city's plans for expansion on Tuesday.
