Developer expects Reasor’s to start soon

A Reasor's grocery store, the anchor of the Aspen Ridge Development near the Creek Turnpike and Aspen Avenue, is expected to finish construction in June 2024.
On July 31, the Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority (BAEDA) approved an amendment to an Economic Development Agreement that provides additional time for OakTrust Development, LLC., and Developer Steve Easley to complete the project.
