BROKEN ARROW, Okla. − A new apartment development is coming to Broken Arrow.
Berkshire Lane Development Partners announced this week they closed on Berkshire @ 1Eleven, which will be located near 145th Street and the Creek Turnpike near the Aspen Ridge development.
